City of culture and design
World-class museums, art galleries, theaters and music stages are found wherever you go in Stockholm. We can get you unique access to many of these – “after hours”. Discover Swedish design and see the city the way ABBA saw it or follow in the footsteps of Lisbeth Salander from the Millennium trilogy.
A night at the museum
Give your group an unforgettable experience by letting us tailor an evening at one of Stockholm’s best museums, which will open up exclusively for you after closing time for a private tour and dinner. Some suggestions are: Nationalmuseum, Moderna Museet, the Nobel Museum or the Vasa Museum.
Discover a royal artist
A visit to Waldemarsudde, the former residence of Prince Eugene (1865 – 1947) – one of the most well-known landscape painters of his generation – is a memory your group will cherish. Continue to Millesgården, home of the sculptor Carl Milles. His collection of art, together with his own sculptures is complimented by the beautiful gardens and the magnificent views of the water.
Swedish design at it’s best
The Swedish design movement is perhaps best known for sleek furniture and art glass from classic brands like Svenskt Tenn and Orrefors. But Swedish design is evolving and fashion brands like WESC, Filippa K, Whyred, Acne and Efva Attling have given rise to a the term “the Swedish fashion wonder”. Most of these brands have their flagship stores in Stockholm.
In the footsteps of Abba or Listbeth Salander
Why not experience Stockholm from different perspective by joining the Abba city walk, or trying out the Millennium tour, based on Stieg Larsson’s world-conquering fiction trilogy.
